This felt lovely and very heavy and warm. Unfortunately the size was too big for me so I sent it back. As the material is so thick and luxurious it could look boxy. I usually size up in jackets but should have ordered usual size in this one.

This is the second time I ordered this coat! The first one was faulty-damaged at the seams and I had to returned it. The second coat arrived with a damaged lining and I returned it straight away. So disappointed because this looks great on first impressions but was dreadful quality.

I ordered this online and in the store I realised it was too big. I loved the feel and quality of this jacket. The staff immediately ordered me a smaller size. All the staff are very helpful and friendly- nothing is ever too much hassle. Lovely fit. I’ve found other fur coats too bulky but this is just right. I can wear it with dresses and jeans. The only problem is stopping everyone from stroking it! Seriously, it’s fab!

How to measure your bust

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the bust and shoulder blades. The tape measure should sit close to the body, but not too tight.

How to measure your waist

Wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline, between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips, just above your belly button. The tape measure should sit close to the body, but not too tight. To get the most realistic measurement, don’t suck your tummy in. Instead, breathe out, then measure your waist after you exhale.

With your feet together, wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your hips and bum. The tape measure should sit close to the body, but not too tight.
