Returns and Refunds

We hope you’re happy with your Oliver Bonas purchase. If you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return most items to us within 30 days of purchase or receiving your order, whichever is later.

When making a return please be aware of the following:


Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resealable.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings purchased online can only be returned to our website if unopened and still within fully sealed tamper-proof packaging. Earrings bought instore cannot be returned.

Cosmetics, face masks, face coverings and items for intimate use can only be returned to our stores or website if unopened and still within fully sealed packaging. Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker in place.

Online Returns to our Website


You can return items purchased online to our website up to 30 days after purchase or receiving your order using our returns portal. Please include a completed returns form.

When using our returns portal please enter numbers only when asked for your order number, ignore all prefix/suffix letters. Only one courier label will be created per return so please ensure that all items fit into one parcel.

 If you need to return more than one parcel please process multiple returns selecting the relevant items for each parcel. Your name, email and order number must be entered exactly as it is on your order confirmation.

Store Returns to our Website


If you have an in-store purchase that you would like to return you may find it quicker to visit your nearest store. Alternatively please contact our customer service team who can generate a free returns label for you.

All item(s) purchased in-store and returned back to our website must be accompanied by a valid receipt. Please remember to include your name, address, and telephone number and a completed returns form. We don’t supply packaging for store purchases being returned.

Terms and Conditions


All items must be returned with a completed returns form.

Standard delivery costs of £3.95 will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

Upgraded delivery options will not be refunded in full unless the entire order is faulty or incorrect.

Your return and refund may take up to 10 working days to reach us and to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email notification from us. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account, or within 48 hours if paid with PayPal.

If you have not received your refund, we recommend waiting at least 10 working days from the date you sent your return back to us before contacting our Customer Service Team.
