Kindness
at OB

Kindness is at the heart of our company values: ‘Work Hard, Play Hard and Be Kind’, and we apply it across Oliver Bonas and beyond; from the way we work with our suppliers to how we treat each other and our customers, through to how we give back to our community and our environment.

Giving back is an important part of what we do at Oliver Bonas, and we’re also working with partners to find ways to recondition, repurpose and responsibly recycle our products to help reduce our impact.

Through our Be Kind Charity Partnership and local community support, we work hard to support many charities, organisations and individuals that help those in need, from local fundraisers through to national charities. For more information, email our Be Kind Team at [email protected].

SPOTLIGHT ON

OUR BE KIND CHARITY PARTNERSHIP 2025 – 2026

The David Nott Foundation

Our charity partner for 2025-2026 is the David Nott Foundation. Five billion people worldwide lack access to safe,
skilled surgical care, and the Foundation delivers hostile-environment surgical training to doctors in countries impacted by
conflict and catastrophe.

Built on co-founder Professor David Nott’s work volunteering his trauma surgery skills in Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Yemen,
Nepal and beyond, the Foundation upskills and empowers frontline medical professionals in some of the most challenging
parts of the world. Today, they are training surgical teams in Ukraine, Sudan, Palestine and further afield, and their
work continues to equip frontline doctors with the confidence and skills to help them save more lives against the odds.

Support the charity
You can show your support by purchasing one of our dedicated partnership products. We are donating £4 from the sale of our navy corduroy Lola purse and £2 from the sale of our cobalt blue marl scarf directly to the David Nott Foundation.
Skills Builder partnershipThis year, we partnered with Skills Builder to sponsor five schools across England on the Skills Builder Accelerator programme,
which equips senior leaders and teachers with the training and resource to confidently deliver essential skills learning to their students.

The Skills Builder Universal Framework is the world’s leading tool for measuring and building essential skills.
It breaks the eight essential skills down to a sequence of steps, starting with absolute beginner through to mastery.

We are delighted to support the next generation go from absolute beginner to complete mastery and nurture great talent of the future.

With your support, here’s how we’ve given back in 2025
