Bought this necklace again as the turquoise part had fallen off my existing one, and I got it as a present so didn't have a receipt. I wore my new necklace for the first time yesterday and the chain snapped! I thought I'd lost the turquoise pendant part, but luckily I was working from home, so found all bits. Not the quality I'd expect, so I will be returning it. I've always found the chain a pain in any case, as it's so fine, it often gets knotted when travelling, even though it's not with anything else.

I was very disappointed with this necklace. I felt it didn't match the description, it looks cheap, and artificial. Looks like it is chrome plated rather than silver plated. I may have misread the description but the price suggested a better quality product. It came in a paper envelope which was a bit disappointing at best it could have been mounted on a piece of pink card with your name on.
