Plates are beautiful but unfortunately two arrived broken (other people seem to be having the same problem). However, I contacted customer care and they have swiftly dealt with the problem- two new plates are apparently on their way to me.

These plates are stunning and very unique! Fantastic quality and a great plus that they can be used in a microwave and dishwasher. I love them so much I ordered another set. A side note, they do look a lot more blue in person than the photo online but that didn't bother me.

I understand the plates are not suppose to be all identical but what I got was like a child’s doodle compared to the Mona Lisa. What happened to quality assurance? Very disappointed in Oliver Bonas and I won’t be buying crockery online from them again. Definitely returning these plates but I won’t be compensated for my time and the next day delivery I needed. It did give my friends a good laugh on social media though, as an analogy for 2020.

I absolutely love these plates! I’m really into reactive glaze and unusual patterns. These are such great quality and arrived in perfect condition. Would highly recommend if you’re after something a little different. The plates are actually a little more pink than what is shown in the image which is an added bonus - so pleased with these!
