Lovely glasses. Received a set as a present back in 2016 and had sadly broken a couple over the years. They’re my favourite champagne glasses though and was delighted to be able to replace and now we have 6! Handy also to have the different colours to signify whose is who.

Poor quality and very poor quality control, initial purchased glasses were scratched and a second set were sent out. Second set were also scratched and chipped??? You think they would have checked them?

Stylish glasses. Good size. Only downside is they are not dishwasher safe. Just as well I dont drink champagne EVERY day.

I collected my glasses on Thursday but unfortunately one of he glasses was broken. I attach a picture It is the third set of these as we do like them but have broken a few ourselves Please can you let me know how we might remedy this

Chuffed to bits with these beautiful glasses. They are taller than I expected but otherwise just as pretty and precisely what I expected from what I saw on the website. Only negative is that 2 of the first set I ordered were damaged (presumably in the post) highlighting that they are fragile. The customer services team - in particular Becky dealt with my request for replacements brilliantly and replaced without hesitation meaning that now, I wouldn’t hesitate to make further purchases from Oliver Bonas!!!

Have just bought these champagne glasses and they are gorgeous! The colours are lovely and have a real texture to them. Not that it’s an issue for me as I have the storage space, but I would note that the glasses are taller than your average champagne glass so may cause a bit of hassle in a small cupboard.

Looked so beautiful in the pics and even on arrival. However, on closer inspection the metallic silver paint was scratched and chipped...if like this without use what would they be like a couple of weeks later?! Also i two of the glasses there were significant 'bubble' faults in the glass stems of the glasses and a bump in the glass on one. Disappointing .

I bought these and the wine glasses and I really love the set, they're a little different but look really classy.

Beautiful looking glasses however when we received the glasses the metallic pattern had slight dents where the metallic paint work had come off. Not really noticeable however when looking a few marks could be seen on each glass. Slightly dissapointed as such a beautiful design and a lovely glass.

Glasses are actually quite cheap/average quality but the addition of the gold, silver, bronze wraps look good. Personally though I wouldn't buy again as for the cost the glass quality/thickness could be far better.

I love these glasses! I had a set as a birthday present & sadly broke one recently so I ordered another set & I now have seven! They are lovely looking & a nice shape. They are quite sturdy but won't survive being knocked on the floor (as I found out!).

Great product, perfect as a present. Good value for money, and great there are matching products in the range.

Sorry to say I had to return this item as two of the glasses had actual defects in the glass and another one had a scratch on the metallic bit at the bottom. Poor quality and obviously not inspected before despatch.
