Melanie Mismatch Stone & Faux Pearl Drop Earrings

These earrings are described as having 'blue' stones three times in the product description. Having received them, they are 'purple' both visibly and in description on the back of the holder. Why, then, are they clearly blue on the website and in their product details. In communication with their customer service, an AI bot explained in four, long paragraphs how the colour might appear differently even telling me that they have never, and will not in the future, sell a 'blue' version. Also, they do not sell a 'purple' version despite having them in my handat the time. I specifically wanted blue so I was disappointed and pointed out that other customers might also be disappointed. At no time did OB own up to their misguiding customers nor take responsibility for it. I was asked to send photographs of them, which I did, to help their product team. I see the earrings are still described as 'blue'.
