Yellow Ceramic Pineapple Vase

Wonderful, quirky and beautiful! The perfect gift for my mumma. Amazing quality, with great packaging too. It’s the best present I’ve ever got her.

The vase is absolutely beautiful. I have been saying I wanted one in the form of the vintage ice buckets that used to be in my home in the 70s, but they are always so ridiculously priced at vintage fairs. Saw thigs and was grateful as it's way better! Beautifully crafted ceramic, excellent colouring, desiing detail and finishing. The only thing that could be improved is packaging. The box should've been more padded. I did a click and collect from an Evri store. I opened it to find that one of the leaves had chipped and had fallen off. It was obviously during the transit. I called customer service and they were really helpful - I was offered a replacement or a refund. I took the refund as I didn't want to risk that happening again. She arranged for one to be put aside for me in a local store and I made my way there to check it wasn't damaged, purchse it again, and take it home myself. It was better to pay the bus fare for that route rather than another faulty delivery. Massive respect to the service I received on the phone and in the shop. Oliver Bonas just needs to think about the packaging necessary for deliveries. I'd recommend this product.
