Amazing product, very relaxing.
It isn’t as uncomfortable as I expected and it is quite relaxing after a few minutes! I’ve yet to decide whether it helps with aches and pains or sleep!
Really good price for an acupressure mat plus pillow! It’s been amazing to use, I actually fell asleep during the first use. It wasn’t as hard to lie on as I expected but it’s very relaxing and soothing. I’ve been using it most nights before bed.

Previously purchased a yoga mat from the Yogi Bare brand so I thought I’d give the acupressure mat a go. I’ve been feeling so much more relaxed after using it. The mat comes with a handy carry bag and it was a great price on Oliver Bonas, quick delivery too, I’d highly recommend.

A really well designed mat - it’s really helped with my back pain and helping to decompress before sleep! Unlike other mats, this is made of fabric and the plastic spikes so its a much better overall experience.
I wanted to get an Acupressure Mat as I had heard of its benefits. I ordered a cheaper one from Amazon but returned it due to poor quality… this mat is more superior.
Very happy with my purchase. Would have liked it to be longer to cover whole body

Bought as a present for my son-in-law, he loves it and said his back has really improved since using it.
I'm really enjoying using this mat and cushion so far. It seems to be making some difference to my chronic tech-neck and shoulder pain, while also enabling very restful and deep sleep. I do about 15-20 mins before bed with some soothing sounds playing in the background. I'd recommend to others - especially at this great sale price!

Great set, really helping my shoulder pain and have found it suprisingly relaxing - I've fallen asleep a few times on the mat! Not the hardest mat I have tried but I like that I could lay on it for at least 20 minutes straight away, rather than having to ease in as I have done before. I like that the mat and pillow pack away neatly together.

After reading the reviews for this acupressure mat, I thought I would give it a try. This one was cheaper than some I saw and came with a pillow.
I suffer from insomnia and this seems to help me relax before drifting off to sleep, might just be a coincidence but I’m going to carry on using it.
Can be a little uncomfy at first but you get used to it and I’ve drifted off a couple of times on it!

I have enjoyed much better quality sleep after laying on this mat for about 20 mins before bed. I didn't find that it took very long to get used to the prickly sensation. I've no idea how this works but I can recommend it!

Bought this as a Christmas present for my partner as he has a bad back and restless legs. 15 minutes for each of us on the mat before bedtime means we both sleep like logs. A great quality item which completely relaxes you. Highly recommend.
I was sceptical having seen these advertised in a few places but after a few weeks of use, I can safely say Iove the mat.
I use it before bed and have found it's improved my sense of relaxation and quality of sleep. I also stand on it for a short time while working at a standing desk and it really helps me feel alert and awake.

I love this acupressure set! I wasn’t sure what it would be like but feel it does do the job and is not as uncomfortable as you would think.

I suffered with lower back pain and thigh muscles, I have been using this matt most days and I can really feel a difference. It’s actually not that uncomfortable as you could imagine and I got used to it within first few minutes.
Something I was just praying would work, but many I found were ridiculously overpriced. I came across this one and thought it would be to good to be true....blown away, slept like a baby! Massively reduces the tension in my shoulders and neck, forces me to relax. Fantastic bit of kit.

It’s my new daily routine. I’d read about acupressure and wasn’t sure it would be for me but it’s a missing piece in my relaxation before bed and makes it easy to plan a ten min lie down where I block the world out.
Arrived nicely packed, quality is lovely. Its a shame they don't have more colours to pick from…:)

Not as painful as I imagined and actually look forward to my new nightly ritual before I turn off the lights.
My partner suffers with back pain regularly and using this mat two times a week has changed it dramatically. Would definitely recommend.
Soooo good helps me relax and get a good nights sleep. Great quality and less than a third of the price of similar mats I saw.

Oh my days - total game changer! I bought this with the hope of helping with my back pain - not expecting a lot from it (I had a voucher that needed using)
It hurt the lay on at first but then you get used to it and its AMAZING - I fell asleep on it for an hour ! after a week my back pain has reduced massively. I have also leant it to a friend and she's now buying her own as she loves it too!

Had read a lot about these mats, the experience is amazing and really relaxes your back and shoulders. I’ve had a frozen shoulder and and am using this as part of my recovery.
Bought this as a gift for my Mum who loves yoga and the Yogi Bare brand - she absolutely loves it and says she feels so much more relaxed after spending time on it and its also great for relieving any niggles that she gets. Comes with a lovely dust bag and it is great price on Oliver Bonas. She won't be stealing my old acupressure mat anymore but I might steal hers because its so much nicer!

I love this! It works very well as I have chronic back pain and will use this whilst I lay in front of the Tele or to meditate after a yoga session. It's so relaxing and strangely comfortable

Excellent acupressure mat. Good for pain relief and relaxation. Used most days. I’ve recommended to two friends, who have also bought one and love it.
Really great product, it seems substantial and hard wearing, and I like using it after exercise.
I'm loving my mat! I place a blanket on top of it before I lay on it. Definitely felt the benefits after the first use when I had pulled a muscle in my shoulder.
So good... I even feel asleep once on the neck pillow by accident - woke up the next morning feeling so happy and relaxed... normally my sleep is broken, which is why brought it but slept through. Mat is great too... really great quality. Worth splashing a bit more - you get quality! Also cheaper on Oliver Bonas that elsewhere.
Would recommend the yogi Bare acupressure set - so relaxing and is a nice addition to a yoga session.
Great purchase me and my husband use this everyday. We also bought my mother in law one for Mother’s Day and she said she no longer suffers from cramps and pain in her legs now!
I have read up a lot about these mats and was a bit scared to try it. It doesn’t hurt like I thighs but not sure if I’m actually relaxed after it. Either way, it makes me sit still snd wind down.

This product is great I use it every evening before going to bed and it helps me to have deep sleep every night. I was concerned that it might be little bit painful at the beginning but actually its not. The mat is good quality however the bag in which it comes feels not so great as it is tricky to take the mat out and I have ended up with ripped seam.
The acupressure Matt is amazing- just 20 mins a day and I have reduced tension in back and head. Great to use for many things especially whilst working from home at the desk !
