This caramelised biscuit and blonde chocolate muffin mix makes sixteen delicious muffins and you will just have to add eggs, butter and milk as all the dry ingredients you need is in the reusable glass bottle.

Wheat Flour, Sugar, Biscuits (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm Oil from sustainable and certified plantations, Rapeseed Oil), Candy Sugar Syrup, Raising Agent (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Soya Flour, Salt, Cinnamon), Chocolate (cocoa butter; sugar; whole milk powder; milk sugar; whey powder (milk); skimmed milk powder; caramelised sugar; emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring; salt.), Spices.
White Chocolate Contains Cocoa Solids 31% Minimum, Milk Solids 29% Minimum

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180c, 160c (fan) 356f or gas 4.
2. Line your tin with greaseproof paper.
3. Add all of the ingredients from the bottle and your egg and butter to a bowl.
4. Mix until well combined (add a splash of milk if it seems a little dry).
5. Pour in to your lined tin and bake 25 mins for a soft blondie or 30 mins for a more cake like/crispy bake.
6. Remove from oven, cool & enjoy!
