Directions
Remove hot water bottle from decorative cover to avoid cover getting wet. If using boiling water from a kettle, allow kettle to stand for a few minutes to avoid burning your hands. Hold the neck of your water bottle and fill two thirds of the way. Do not fill to the top for risks of leaks and spills. Carefully press the sides of the bottle to expel any air before screwing cap in place. Ensure cap is secure before placing back into decorative cover.
Place your hot water bottle on your body or in your bed. After 20-30 minutes, remove and replace after waiting 10 minutes. Do not sit on or use as a cushion.
When not in use, drain completely, leave to dry before returning cap and store in a cool environment. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Do not place anything on top of the bottle during storage. Check bottle and stopper for wear and damage before use.
