Kai Geometric Pink & Yellow Cotton Neck Wrap

This is very pretty and I like the cover, but I think I must have bought the last one in stock as it had clearly been opened before it arrived and was bursting out of the box with the packaging torn and sale stickers on it. This is absolutely not the state I would expect from Oliver Bonas, even for an item on sale. I have deducted one star for this, and a second because the bag takes a long time to heat up and has to be wrapped around a container of water whilst being microwaved, which is more fuss than normal for a neck warmer, plus it cannot be microwaved in the case so, linen and cotton both being quite grippy materials, getting the warmed inner back into the case isn't the easiest thing to do. However, the case is soft and very pretty and my partner has already used it a couple of times and found it to be excellent at moulding to his neck and soothing sore muscles without all the heads falling down to the ends of the inner.

Have yet to try hence why 4 star however looks and feels like good quality

Lovely design and useful, helps with neck and shoulder pain, bought two one for myself and one as a gift

I bought it as a present for my mum and she loved it! It has the perfect weight for comfort. I chose it in part because I liked the stylish and colourful design and my mum particularly appreciated that it was unscented because she has a sensitivity to such things.
