The necklace was nice however the packaging was terrible and arrived in a small envelope. It had got so tangled due to the poor packaging and took me ages to untangle. I have had to purchase a gift box in order to give it as a gift due to how bad it looks in the packaging it arrived in. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
