Usually love OB stuff but this is tiny in real life and looked like a necklace for a small child or doll, would Jane been nice if pendant had been about 6 times bigger! And not the size of a neurofen tablet

My friend bought me this necklace as a present and I love it! It goes with everything and I have had so many compliments on it.
However what stands out most is the customer service, I was unfortunate that the necklace pendant broke off and got lost. So I emailed the customer service explaining the situation and asking whether I could buy a new pendant on it's own (rather than buying a new chain as mine was intact) and they replied very fast offering to send me a whole new necklace and were very apologetic about the first one breaking. I have just received the replacement only 5 days after the first one broke.
Would 100% recommend.
