Earrings are so cute and look lovely but the packaging they arrive in is a bit disappointing. I bought them as a gift and was expecting them to come in a box rather than a paper bag.
Unfortunately I had to send these back - they were bent and not acceptable, specifically as I'd bought them as a gift.

I love these earrings, which I ordered online, and have been a big fan of OB for years. However, I am very disappointed with how they were supplied - loose in a paper bag. I could not give them as a gift in that form. So I went to store to buy a gift box. The usual jewellery boxes have been replaced with a cheap cardboard box, which the earrings rattle around in. An inexpensive but nice present has been made to look cheap and nasty. Girl in the shop said Head Office told staff this is to give OB a more contemporary feel. Smacks of cost cuttings. Please stay my one stop shop for gifts! £30 earrings do not look like £30 earrings when they're wrapped in paper - even if that paper has the OB logo!
Beautiful earrings, even better than they looked on the website. I liked the cardboard sleeve and tissue paper, but was disappointed the earrings were just loose in a zippy bag inside there, that let the presentation down.

We realise that a zippy bag is not the best form of presentation, but we send our earrings in these bags in case customers want to return them. If we sent them wrapped just in tissue paper, they would be non-refundable. Team OB
Delivery was prompt as promised and the quality is wonderful.
They are a beautiful set of earrings that are sturdier than you may think on first glance. My good lady is made up with them and very happy and therefore so am I!
