I bought this necklace as a Christmas gift for my Mum, and she was over the moon! My main gripe is that for a sterling silver necklace costing more than £40, I would have expected attractive gift packaging, but it looked really cheap. I had to look online for a jewellery gift box to present it in. I'm all for eco-friendly packaging, but I think you could have done better than a paper bag - the necklace itself was in two cheap-looking plastic baggies. It's a lovely necklace and so far, seems to be well made. I would like something similar, but in a chunkier style, but I haven't seen anything like that on your website.

I hope the recipient of this gift will like it more than I do. Having inspected it, I then found it was impossible to send it on in a condition to wear immediately. The chains were terribly tangled and I spent more than two hours sorting them out. The 'charms' did not charm me. I thought the gift overpriced and shall not consider buying from you again. As I have said already, I only hope the lady who chose this item as a gift from your internet range will feel differently: for me it was a complete let-down.
