Wooden Cinematic Lightbox

Very disappointed with quality Lumps of glue in the slots which had to be chiselled away before letters could be slid in Some of the letters bent and damaged

I don't usually review items online but I was so disappointed by this purchase I feel I need to share my experience. Cinematic lightboxes are for sale in most high-street shops right now, but I wanted something with a bit of quality so sought this particular box. Its almost double the price of some cheaper lightboxes I have previously seen, so my expectations were high. My first issue was a lack of letters, for example there are on two of the letter T. Having bought the box with the intention to spell out a set phrase, I actually found on receiving it that I was not able to do so. Furthermore, the letters themselves are poorly printed on cheap plastic. The printing was so thin in places that the light comes through the lettering and the effect is entirely lost. Letters also sit loosely on the lightbox, so can often appear wonky. If it wasn't for the fact I urgently needed this lightbox I would have sent it back and got myself a £17 one from the high-street, I just assumed coming from this retailer and for this price it would be vastly superior. I was proved wrong and left very disappointed.

Looks great - not yet turned the light on as i need to get some bateries but otherwise it will look fab for my wedding
