Despite ordering this on the 29 September and having 2 calls with customer service this item has not yet arrived and I have not received any refund. So I can’t rate the product as such but the customer experience has been very poor.

Looks very nice on website however in my opinon not accurately represented. Found chips over the wire which had taken off the copper and revealed a silver underneath. Great delivery service just a shame the product didn't meet expectations-easily returned with prepaid postage.
