This frame has arrived damaged with one of the frames completely broken off. I am still awaiting a response from Oliver Bonas despite emailing with photos of the broken frame almost a week ago. Very poor.

Really lovely frame. My only complaint is that it arrived with a chip; I managed to fill it in with a touch up pen, but you can still see that there’s an imperfection. For the cost, I would expect the frame to arrive undamaged.
