We already own two other plant pot and stands in the collection and couldn't resist picking up this gorgeous colour variation, particularly with it being in the sale!

I have this plant pot and stand as well as the small one, same colour. They look so classy and lovely together. Makes a feature in the room and catches the eye of friends when they pop in. As usual, OB has delivered with pizzazz.

Blemish on pot which was disappointing

My first order was delivered and the ceramic pot was quite badly cracked. I contacted the Oliver Bonas Customer Service and straight away a new shipment was sent. I had asked if they could just send the ceramic pot and not the stand, as there was nothing wrong with the latter. Unfortunately I was sent the stand without the ceramic pot. So I contacted customer service again. They could not have been more helpful and another pot was sent....with a stand. So I ended up with 3 stands and two cracked pots (unfortunately, the second pot was also cracked, right the way through). At this point I gave up and asked for a refund, which was processed most efficiently. Such as shame as the pot is lovely, and the stand is quite sturdy, but the packaging did not provide adequate protection.

The item was purchased to help decorate my mum’s new conservatory. The item was great quality, a really bold colour and is a great addition to any room that needs some colour and personality.

Unfortunately, although this plant pot looks beautiful, the poor quality/insufficient packaging is problematic when ordering online. My order arrived, and the plant pot was in the cardboard box only wrapped in a small amount of thin packing paper, and was smashed into lots of pieces on arrival. I contacted OB on the live chat, and they were very helpful, and said they’d send another straight away. The second one arrived the next day exactly the same, to the point where it was so smashed the delivery driver asked me to open it before she left and took it back away and marked as a failed delivery, as it was so broken. I contacted OB and mentioned the poor packaging, and was told the packaging is tested and is deemed sufficient. Unfortunately this put me off ordering a third, for it to inevitably arrive smashed again, so I requested a refund, which was disappointing as I don’t live close to an OB store to pick one up so I’ve had to go without and the pot looks lovely! It’s a shame, but I wouldn’t order anything fragile again based on this experience and the poor packaging leading to damage twice. To top it off, OB offered me a £5 gift voucher as an apology, which I thought was nice, until I tried to use it and it didn’t work. Overall didn’t go too well unfortunately!

Lovely plant pot that has given a new lease of life to my plant and looks great

This is the second I have bought. The first was blue but this one is really stunning. Good quality and exactly what I wanted.

The Lani plant pot and stand is beautiful. The pot itself is in gorgeous shades of green and sits safely in the stand. The stand itself is very sturdy so the pot is secure. I love it!

The pot is really nice however the stand does not fit correctly so there is a gap between the pot and the stand always which looks strange.

I really like them (even better when they're in the sale!) but each time they arrived smashed so I had to contact customer services for a replacement - they sorted it no bother but it baffles me why they don't just improve the packaging they come with in the first place!
