I love this jewellery box! It’s sturdy and has plenty of space to store all my jewellery. The only thing that’s missing is a ring holder. But other than that, great quality and looks beautiful!

Item arrived very well packaged so no breakage at all which was what I was nervous about, packaging was all made from paper and totally recyclable which I love! The box itself is beautiful large enough to store lots of pieces but minimal so Jj it doesn’t look too bulky and very high quality can’t recommend enough

Absolutely love my jewellery box, it’s much bigger than I anticipated, and adds a perfect touch to my room decor.
The only thing I found different is that the gold border looks much brighter in the picture than in real life.

It’s almost exactly what I was looking for, my only improvement would be more smaller sections for earrings or rings! It’s so beautiful and stylish, keeps everything dust free and organised and it arrived super carefully wrapped to ensure it was in immaculate condition! I originally bought this for my daughter in law but fell totally in love with it so bought a second one for myself .
Its a beautifully made product with plenty room inside to store and display your jewellery.
The two tones of pink velvet in the two drawers just finish it off perfectly.

This item arrived completely smashed to bits, I've emailed and called but have got nowhere. I read that others had had the same experience but was optimistic that it wouldn't happen to me. It did - and it's because the packaging is really badly thought out. Baffled as to why Oliver Bonas hasn't done something about this. I even cut myself on the glass shards, which simply fell out when I opened the box.

I bought this because it looked lovely in pictures and the reviews were very good. Item arrived well packaged and was not damaged but as soon as I opened the glass top I noticed that the chain was broken, I was happy to fix it myself as it was very minor. After a few days of opening and closing the glass top the hinges snapped, so now I’m left with a jewellery box I cannot leave open as the lid is completely broken. The box is very pretty but I’m afraid I can’t leave a good review. Unfortunately, it was too late to return the item.

I initially went into the Manchester store after phoning to confirm they had this item in stock. After I drove an hour into Manchester to collect it, I was informed they couldn’t find the item anywhere in the store or stock room and it must have been an error with the till system that keeps track of stock. Dismayed, I was told I should just order the item online. I did, which meant it arrived after the date I had planned to give it as a birthday present. When it did arrive, it was cracked. I returned the item, but had a very frustrating experience especially as I had paid £69.

Lovely jewellery box. It’s larger than I expected, but that wasn’t a bad thing! I’ve filled the drawers with bulkier things like sunglasses and put daintier jewellery on display in the top compartments. Overall very pleased.

I love these jewellery boxes, this is the 3rd one I have bought, but unfortunately when it arrived the weld at the hinge of the glass lid was broken and it has to be returned. As it was purchased on paypal, it can't be returned to store, so a bit hassly! Hopefully a one off. It was very securely packaged so think it was a product defect rather than a transit issue.
