I lived the mug and it had my grandsons name written all over it so to speak. He loved it and his Mum filled it up in her excelkent barista style.
What more could you wish for.
I bought the lively transparent mug with the heart for his sister my granddaughter and she loved it too

Ordered online. Had hoped to see it in store, but wasn’t stocked in the 2 Oliver Bonus shops I visited. Lovely quality mug and nice weight to it. Bought for my boyfriend for a little stocking filler, as we say it to each other all the time, so when I saw it in an article about gift recommendations I just had to get it! He loved it! Really pleased with the purchase.

Lovely mug but seems to only be designed with right handed people in mind! I’ve noticed this with another Oliver Bonas mug I have too - why not have writing on both sides?!

Love the items I bought. I had to process three orders though as it kept getting delivered damaged. Customer services were amazing though and were totally proactive in ensuring I eventually received my item in perfect order.
