Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Biscuits (Flour (55%) (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Vegetable Oil (Palm), Wholemeal Wheat Flour. Sugar, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Malic Acid, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Salt), Custard Powder (Maize Starch, Salt, Colour (Annatto Norbixin), Flavouring), White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole MILK powder, Emulsifier (E322 (SOYA)), Vanilla extract

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180c, 160c (fan) 356f or gas 4.
2. Line your tin with greaseproof paper.
3. Add all of the ingredients from the bottle and your egg and butter to a bowl.
4. Mix until well combined (add a splash of milk if it seems a little dry).
5. Pour in to your lined tin and bake 25 mins for a soft blondie or 30 mins for a more cake like/crispy bake.
6. Remove from oven, cool & enjoy!
