It contains natural fruit acids and AHAs that work gently to exfoliate and remove dead skin, including lactic, glycolic and salicylic acids to exfoliate and arginine to condition. Can't say I noticed the slight bit of difference after using these. Perhaps I didn't leave them on long enough (did the suggested 1.5 hrs) or I have stubborn skin, but for the price I anticipated a more dramatic result.

Yikes! But in a good way. Day five was when the peeling started. You would certainly need to time this well... no sandals or strappy shoes for a few days! Having said this, my daughter had a long bath and when she washed her feet dead skin peeled off in handfuls. Her feet are noticeably softer and smoother.

This foot treatment is really good, I use them about once a month. Easy to follow instructions, nice apple smell also. Leave it on for the required time and simply wash the rest of the residue off. Wait between 4-6 days and the magic happens. Just time it well with whether you are wearing sandals over the peeling days!

I was pretty sceptical of whether this would work but the results are great, although it did take longer than the 4-6 days it says on the package. Also i would strongly recommend soaking your feet in warm water for at least 30 mins before doing the mask, then for an hour each day after. Two friends did the same mask and haven't soaked their feet and their results were nowhere near as good
