Unfortunately despite ordering in time to guarantee Christmas delivery, MyHermes "could not find my house", despite finding it every day either side and so just did not deliver or reattempt for days. I tried to get hold of them and I still haven't had a response over a week later. I had to ask my sister to go to Oliver Bonas in Liverpool to try and find this product and others so I had Christmas presents, she found some but not all as it was Christmas eve! A week later and after spending another £50-£100 later, the products arrived. I cannot fault the products, but using MyHermes lets you down as they are notoriously rubbish, they also just leave parcels anywhere without even attempting to alert you. I am disappointed I had to buy everything twice and some of my Christmas gifts I couldn't give out. I also now have exclusively festive Christmas novelty gifts a week after Christmas. It is a shame that this has been my experience as I love the products. Ditch MyHermes!
