Arrived in a battered box with gaping holes in. Base was unwrapped, cracked and in a very poor state. Shade had caved in in several areas. Felt like they’d just lashed out someone’s return without any kind of inspection or care taken.

This is such a beautiful lamp in every way. The contrast of the concrete and the shade and the ‘brass’ at the top is eye catching. Very solid and stylish. Very happy with purchase.

it seems like there's a piece missing - the hood that screws onto where the bulb goes, after the lampshade is on, that keeps the shade in place. the lampshade flops to one side . the part where the hood should go is threaded so seems like it was designed for something to be screwed on.

Lampshade came in beaten up box but with no base. Informed base would come. It didn’t. Informed this was a common issue! Decided to return the shade.

Beautiful lamp!! Only problem is that the shade quite often sits a bit wonky. It's easy enough to correct however.
I absolutely love this lamp. It looks AMAZING. The base is super heavy and it looks and feels much more expensive than it was. A steal at £95. I didn't realise Oliver Bonas did such quality pieces.
This is a stunning lamp. Solid, stylish and very well made. I am more than delighted, as I went back and forth for weeks deciding if it was the right lamp for my room
This lamp is just beautiful! It is a real statement piece in my dining room. The base is grey and gold with a green lampshade. It is a very good quality product and worth the money. Would recommend!

Beautiful lamp. The very pale green really compliments our dark green dining room.
Very well made. Shade lovely but does look greenish rather than grey in daylight. But not a problem as this suits the colours in my room. Well packaged and delivered in two lots.

I have loved this lamp for over 2 years and when we moved into our first house last month I finally got to buy it!! Its the first piece of furniture I bought for our home and it just sets up the aesthetic for the whole house. Everyone who visits wants to know where it's from and I've told them all, the amazing OB!!
Love the look of this lamp and it fits in with my classic look, yet it’s quite modern so adds a nice twist. I would have preferred a white cord but the cord is much nicer than the usual plastic flex. Nice product.
So for the most part, I adore this lamp. The design, colours, weight, and materials are all of good quality. The light it gives off is lovely, and it's a perfect size - whoever designed the lamp knew what they were doing. There are a couple faults with the lamp. The shade itself has an odd line running through it (no, it's not the seam, it runs horizontally). It's faint and not too noticeable but noticeable for me to be annoyed by it. Additionally, the pedestal bit where the shade rests was very badly bent on arrival. I was able to easily bend it into place, but for a lamp that cost nearly £100 I expected the fittings and such to be perfect. Again, the design of this lamp is flawless, but the execution of its pieces was not up to the standard I would've wanted.

Bought For my daughters, in-laws as a present for their Golden Wedding Anniversary. What a success it has been, the lamp has a fine finish and looks substantial but stylishly elegant in their home. Thank you Oliver Bonas, the lamp was very much appreciated (or so they told me).
The lamp is beautiful and very high quality. The lamp shade has a slightly greener tint to it than I realised but it’s still lovely and worth the investment. It’s size is big and heavy, definetly a statement piece. It would be good if OB had more of their homware pieces in store because I normally like to have a look at homeware before I spend that much.
Only criticism is that the packaging was quite intense. It’s fragile piece, so obviously need to be cautious but if the packaging could be more compact/environmentally conscious that would be cool. Or provide more options to collect from store.

Wasn't able that get this in my local store but contacted head office and they arranged for one to be delivered to my home address. Absolutely 5 star service from start to finish.
I ordered this Table Lamp and came on the 30th of December without the greenish shade. I emailed oliver bonas on the same date but I never received a reply (today is the 6th of January). Tomorrow morning I'm planning to return the lamp to the shop and complain in person.
Lovely lamp. Lightshade slightly different colour to picture. Way, way too much packaging used for delivery though. Huge box for not a very big lamp.
Having spent months looking for lamps in shops and on the internet we found the perfect ones. The quality is great and they offer fantastic value for money. Who would have thought that concrete could look so stylish?
