Magic the cat tree topper arrived in poor condition. Legs were sewn on oddly and one was falling off. Spoke to OB team who advised some parts are hand sewn and can arrive like this! They offered me money off or an in store exchange. I’ve since removed both legs and had to sew them on properly myself. This is an expensive tree topper and I expect better quality from OB!
