The gift card itself is fine.. not a lot I can say about that. I wanted a gift card for a friend's special birthday. I couldn't get to a store but I didn't want an e-voucher so I ordered a physical gift card from the website. I was charged postage for this, which I thought was a bit much, but presumed that at least it would be delivered quickly in this case. I ordered the voucher more than a week before my friend's birthday party but the card arrived the morning of the party - too close for comfort! It was a real worry wondering if it would turn up in time. I really expected better service from Oliver Bonas.

Product as advertised however I feel that charging nearly £4 delivery for a Gift Card unless over £50 is daylight robbery, particular when my local store (Leamington Spa) is currently shut. Perhaps you could re-evaluate postage costs just for gift cards?

Ordered a gift card for my niece for Christmas. Order process was straightforward and it arrived quickly. Would have been nice to have more choice of design, but my main issue was the disproportionately large box the voucher arrived in. It was so ridiculous I took a photo for social media and tagged wasteful packaging. An envelope and a charge for first class registered post would suffice! I wondered if it was simply a way to justify P&P cost of £3.95?
