Great variety - innovative way to work out!
For someone who teaches yoga for beginners, these are a fantastic way of going about learning new poses and how to stay fit at the same time. Constantly pushing yourself to try harder poses and learning about your body. Another fun way for kids to learn as well :)

I really like these as a fun way of slicing up any HIIT routines. It’s definitely worth splitting up the pack into what you can do now and what you hope to be able to achieve eventually! I.e. being able to do a handstand up a wall isn’t really in my remit right now, but star jumps on the other hand, all day!

I bought these to try to motivate my lazy self and they work! Handy little 2-5 min exercises which are easy to do. Just pick one up while the kettles boiling or Half a dozen while watching Tv. Easy peasy

These cards are brilliant. They make HIIT classes at home varied and fun. Bought a pack for my son too.
Love these cards - I struggle deciding what to do when I do HIIT and this helps as I select the cards at random. They also prompt me to try new workouts that I haven't done before!
Does what it says on the tin. Some cards are VERY similar, but it is a very good concept for 'shaking up' home workouts.
I love these little exercise cards, I bought them as part of my Dad’s Father’s Day present for a bit of fun - now it’s become a family challenge to complete a different workout each day!

Easy to use
These are a really good way to get a little bit of exercise in each day. You can shuffle them and get a random exercise each day or you group them into categories and work through them that way. Just a really nice idea so felt.
Great little pack of cards to get me more active. Large variety of exercises, with the standard crunches, sit-ups, but also body weight exercises I haven't ever heard of! Also tells me the reps or time to complete the exercises for a good challenge.
I needed to add a bit of versatility to my workout and this has really enabled me to try new exercises! Splitting them up between abs, legs, arms and cardio!
The cards are fantastic as they have clear images on how to do each exercise. Plus, they allow for variety in my workout. The only downside is the box it comes in, is not overly sturdy, but realistically it is not a big issue.
As a not very fit person, there's a really nice selection of intuitive beginner-friendly cards to challenging workouts which I'm using to try and increase my fitness slowly.
Some of them seem to need a pull-up bar which we don't have but there's enough cards in the pack that you can just skip those. Fantastic for a quick session on lunch break while WFH, and it's nice that it can be so varied.
Love the cards - they are handy, look modern and are useful for people of mixed abilities. Really changed my routine up which was great.

Really fun way of keeping active whilst the gym is closed! Keeps your exercise varied but it would be helpful if they were rated on skill level needed as some activities are extremely difficult for the average person. I don’t know many people that can do one armed press ups!

Bought these for myself. Although the instructions are fairly basic, it allows you to be able to tailor your workouts if you would prefer to work harder/easier on the move. Good quality material cards and great variety of different exercises.

Well made and reasonably priced. I think the extra packaging when I collected my order was unnecessary (paper wrapped around the product, which was already standly sealed in plastic) so there was no need for the extra paper. obviously the plastic is necessary to protect/maintain the quality of the product before it is sold. But the paper was just for show
These cards make a HIIT workout simple. I like to randomly pick say 3 cards and then repeat each a few times as part of a circuit, Joe Wicks style. It’s introduced me to exercises I had never heard of and adds a bit of variety to my fitness!
Excellent way to try new exercises at home! Mix them together for a workout routine.
