The finishing is really rough, the ends of the screws inside the drawers are sharp and not only pulls clothes but also scratches my hands occasionally. Other than that, it has been quite nice to use.

Unfortunately I had to return the item as one of the legs was broken. Then the replacement had the same fault so I asked for a refund. The company were very helpful about it but I was disappointed in the quality of the piece.

Terrible quality item. The wood is so cheap, it is not worth the money at all. You would expect to buy an item like this in a discount store for around £50. The item arrived with scratches over the front of the drawers and the wood on the top and outer edges was all stained yellow. Has to send item back as I was shocked at the poor quality.

A beautiful piece of furniture that's as attractive in real life as it looks in the photos. My only slight criticism is that our particular chest has uneven spaces above some of the drawers. Seeing a wider gap above a drawer on one side slightly mars its appearance when viewed from some angles. We've since convinced ourselves that it gives the piece extra character! Other than this, we are happy with the furniture which looks as nice in our bedroom as we'd hoped.

Whilst the furniture is nice enough, I was wholly disgusted that delivery wasn't free. Wouldn't order from this company again. 3 stars are for the quality of the furniture and not the service. I had cause to telephone and leave a message and it was a week before anyone contacted me back.

Most of our furniture will be delivered fully or partially assembled to keep things nice and simple. If any assembly is required, this will be detailed on the product page alongside specific assembly and care information.

All our furniture has the weight, dimensions and boxed dimensions on the product page. When measuring your space, use the boxed dimensions to determine whether it will fit through the doors during delivery. Your order will be taken to your room of your choice, as far as the second floor. Heavier furniture will only be delivered to the ground floor, so please check the product page before purchasing.
