Absolutely love this chair - I ordered this one to replace a cheaper one for a cocktail corner. The cheaper one I had previously just doesn’t measure up at all - I’m so glad I splurged a bit to get this! It’s very luxurious fabric with plush padding, looks very smart and well worth the money.

I ordered the Flora Scalloped Velvet Pink Chair. The furniture item arrived in good packaging, but sadly I am very disappointed with the quality of the item. I have written a complaint to all Oliver Bonus almost a week ago and sent photos of the faulty in the material, but I am yet to receive and response. The chair is noticeably marked on the front, the material looks very worn and as if it has been used or an ex display. The item is almost £400.00, I expect to receive a higher quality item for this price. I am also very surprised that Oliver Bonas's customer service line is only operating between 9am until 1pm. I have tried to contact the company regarding my order, but no response. Very poor customer service to not respond to my email. I hope this will be resolved ASAP and receive a replacement with no faulty.

The chair arrived and was larger and heavier than I imagined but for such a grand chair it seemed only appropriate. I'm delighted with it and enjoying styling the space around it. It makes me happy every time I walk in the room. I'm sure I'll have years of pleasure sitting in this chair and also enjoying just looking at it. High quality and very luxe. Also it feels very on trend with the current Bridgerton vibe.
