How to measure your bust
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the bust and shoulder blades. The tape measure should sit close to the body, but not too tight.
How to measure your waist
Wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline, between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips, just above your belly button. The tape measure should sit close to the body, but not too tight. To get the most realistic measurement, don’t suck your tummy in. Instead, breathe out, then measure your waist after you exhale.

With your feet together, wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your hips and bum. The tape measure should sit close to the body,
