Kept them in the fridge, and left them on my eyes for just under two hours before a skype party. They basically fake the appearance of sleep! I haven't been getting enough lately, but these got rid of the swollen/puffy areas under my eyes, reduced discolouration, and left my skin moisturised. Re-used the same pair a second time and they worked just as well.
