- Do not tumble dry
- Do not dry clean
- Clean roller with damp cloth only
- Do not use chemicals
- Do not soak in water
- For external use only
- Do not use on broken or irritated skin
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use
- Keep out of reach of children
- For adult use only
- Keep socks away from fire
- Do not apply too much pressure with roller as to cause damage to your body or muscles
- Start with gentle pressure and increase if needed

- Socks: After applying foot balm to feet, place socks on feet and let the foot balm work its magic
- Massage Roller: Roll tool over area which you wish to massage with even pressure
- Foot Balm: Apply to the feet and gently massage in until absorbed then place socks on feet
