Lovely bag strap and great customer service. I got in touch after my order hadn't arrived after a week, the parcel had been misplaced by the distribution company and OB immediately sent the order out again and it arrived the next day. Both orders then turned up at the same time so I was able to return one of the packages using the free returns label. OB also refunded my delivery charge. Helpful staff at the other end of a phone.
