This bag was a real miss I feel an idiot for buying as it's about 1cm too small to hold a phone. Which renders it a totally pointless bag for a night out A small.evening bag should fit a phone and maybe a lipstick. This doesn't work. Wish I'd measured but just assumed it would work Fabric is cheap Used it as had no option for a night out so couldn't return. But couldn't close the bag when phone in Now going to give to my 8 year old niece. This is not a useful bag for an adult
