Very beautiful bag, lots of space and really good pockets! The only downside is that the zip doesn’t open as wide as I’d like and it can’t be hard to get things in and out, particularly a laptop. Once it’s in, it fits ok!

So I really like the look of it. And its really well made. The straps are thick and soft. It's really sturdy. But its actually really hard to use. There's something wrong with the angle of the zip on the front pocket its a complete faff to get moving. And the main zip isn't quite wide enough any clothes need to be shoved in its impossible to lay anything in neatly. If I'd tried it in the shop I wouldn't have bought it. It's fine just not great.

The quality of the backpack is really good and the zips are really strong and sturdy. I would like the zip at the top of the main compartment to be a bit longer as it’s a struggle to put anything slightly large into the backpack. I travel frequently and tend to use a travel cube in a rucksack to keep belongings neat and tidy. I could not fit one in this backpack and was disappointed as this was my main reason for buying it.
