The Immie Knot bag arrived without the detachable gold-tone chain strap. After checking the bag over there were scuffs marks on the front of the bag. I emailed customer service who told me they would send a chain strap out. As I really liked the design of the bag, I decided to return (such inconvenience in the times as am shielding) the bag and kept checking the website for more stock to arrive. I was so happy that I was able to place another order which arrived with the chain strap and no scuff marks.
