The bag is so lovely, great colour and spacious too! The straps do come undone easily when you tighten them but it's manageable.

Really nice bag with good pockets and shiny zips. The adjustment straps can slip sometimes and the bag does easily mark though.

Love the colour and design. As previous comments mention, the zips are very ‘sticky’ and the adjusters on the straps keep slipping, won’t stay in position- design over function… change your zip supplier!

It’s a great city backpack. My second one from this series as the first one’s zip broke after just a year.
The colour is great and you can pack a lot in it, but I’m worried about the zip. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

I loved this bag initially and had high hopes for it, but after just a few weeks the zip started to pull apart. I feared I had put too much in the bag but it doesn't stay together even when there is minimal content. I held off writing the review in the hope I would be able to preserve and fix it myself but unfortunately the whole zip now comes apart so I am limited in its use - don't want any unwanted hands venturing in!! so have taken to wearing it on my front mostly :(

I am very disappointed with this bag, I was so excited to get. But as soon as I started to use it the zips basically all started to break. They don’t zip properly, come open very easily from closed or don’t close at all. They get stuck when I’m trying to close it, I would really like to return this bag as I can not really use it safely as it’s too easy to reach inside the bag if I don’t notice if the zip has opened by itself.

The bag is lovely - a great size to fit all of my day-to-day things to and from the office - it looks stylish and is very sturdy. Unfortunately, the zippers are not reliable. Sometimes they close easily, other times they get stuck or fall open when closed. This problem has happened with all 3 outer zippers of the bag, and I've only owned it for 1 month. I will continue to use it because it suits my original needs upon purchase, but the zipper issue is frustrating!

Love this bag, but having used it only twice, I find the adjustment buckle on the strap slides too easily. Taking it off my back to adjust the straps every 10 mins was so annoying, that it has already been abandoned

I wanted a backpack for everyday use as a shoulder bag gives me a headache! I really love the colour and the zip closure gives quick and easy access. The handles mean I can switch from backpack to tote easily. You could easily fit a laptop in it or other essentials.....

Great size with plenty of storage. Easily fits my laptop, water bottle and diary in. Pockets at the front (which fits a purse/ keys) and at the side. Bag is pretty waterproof as well. Very pleased.

Bag was flimsier than I expected, made out of thin material. The adjustable buckles on the straps are quite loose so they change length too easily while wearing it or taking it off/putting it on. The main zip had issues and didn't fasten smoothly either.
I'm disappointed because the bag looked so cute! It's definitely orange, not brown. I was tempted to keep it at the sale price but returned it because of the poor quality. I don't think it's worth the full price.

Nice colour, like a orange russet. Good size - not too big or bulky. The zips are super easy to unzip and zip up again, I can do it with one hand. The buckles don't stay in place when putting on and taking off, but nothing a stitch or two won't fix. Love the concealed pocket at the side for phone, keys and such. Got it in the sale so worth the money. Not sure full price (£42) I would've have bought it though.
