Lovely framed picture, makes you feel like you’re on the beach (which we are all missing at the moment!). Also thought it was a nice big print for the price. The first picture arrived with a cracked frame but as always Oliver Bonas’s customer service was excellent and they arranged for a new picture to be sent out the very next day and for the damaged one to be collected at my convenience.

First delivery turned up with a broken frame. Kindly offered a redelivery. Second framed turned up even more smashed. Written to customer service again, no reply. Now have 2 big boxes to try and return in a lockdown. Packaging definitely not adequate, will probably get back to them in a million pieces, if I can even get to sending them back.
