Unfortunately the stand never arrived, just the pot. Emailed customer service who sent another stand straight out with no fuss at all. Lovely cheerful customer service - 10/10. The pot is beautiful and will provide a lovely home for our big pony tail palm in our bedroom. Fabulous.

Not quite sure how to rate this as the product is lovely and the customer service team very helpful but twice this product arrived damaged as the packaging was inadequate. The first time I was sent a replacement and the second I was refunded. I ordered a large blue one too and that arrived safely in a separate package. The pots are lovely quality and a great size, just a shame they are so inconsistently packaged.

Loved this pot but when received it didn’t look as the online image- there was no colour definition between the top two colours. It looked odd so sadly returned.
