I bought this as a present for my friend, and she absolutely loves it. You can see why - it's absolutely beautiful! Heavy china feels expensive, and the decoration makes it a gorgeous statement.

Gorgeous cafetiere, top of the range quality. I was concerned that due to the beautiful nature of the print that the quality may suffer, however, every component of it is brilliantly high quality. This is an item that will look excellent on the shelf but will also survive many many years of continuous use intact. This rare combination makes it something of a special item. There is also a significant dearth of attractive and ornate cafetieres out there in this style, most high quality cafetieres are clear glass and plain. This makes this particular one unique, and something that should be snapped up before its gone!

The lid and body of this coffee press don’t fit together very well. You have to be careful when pouring out otherwise you end up with coffee everywhere. Feel this is more decorative than practical.

I received my product in a well packaged condition with no damage to the item. Delivery was prompt and contact was good. My product is absolutely beautiful however with it being a cafeterie it doesn't pour as smoothly as I would have hoped. It will often pour out down the side and then all over the surfaces. This was surprising as it wasn't cheap. Maybe a rubber seal or something could be added to prevent this from happening? Other than that I am happy with my product and would order again from Oliver Bonas

Most beautiful french press you’ll find out there! It’s large enough to make about 4/5 coffees at one go, it’s China and easy to wash and it is a fantastic present to buy for somebody. Arrived in less than a week too!

Really pretty and big, unfortunately I had to send it back as the lid wobbled around I felt it wasn’t secure enough. Also handle too small. But nice looking product!

Really beautiful and unique - I haven’t come across a China Cafetière before and certainly not one with such a beautiful design on it. Beautiful packaged and wonderful size - bigger than it looked online so was very happy about that. My one concern is the overall functionality, it would’ve been better with some sort of seal that kept the coffee from spilling out of the sides but it worked when we just pressed down the top. Very nice as a gift though.

This is such a stunning cafetiere! Much bigger than I thought it was going to be, more coffee! Perfect! The lid is a little loose so you have to hold it while pouring. Overall I'm in love with this piece of kit.

Beautiful cafetière, functions well, it is heavy as you would expect with a china cafetière.

This cafetière is stunning. Really decent size, I like a full mug of black coffee and can get two from this easily. Plunges very smoothly and coffee tastes great from it. Worth every penny.

I love everything about this, it is beautiful, it makes very smooth tasting coffee, but the lid is a bit waggley and has to be firmly held on when pouring which I wasn't expecting so hence 4 stars instead of 5 but I really love it !

The design of this Cafetière is stunning. It keeps the coffee warm for quite a long time and holds 3-4 large cups. Pouring is a little difficult as the lid slides forward and you might spill a few drops of coffee. All in all very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it!
