This is a lovely tactile mug, bought as a friend who got a promotion. Reason for 4 stars is my mug was yellow and beige rather than yellow and light cream so it didn’t have to be clean look of the website photos. Appreciate things can look different on screen, but I was disappointed as I wouldn’t have bought it if I’d realised. Fortunately my friend liked it as I didn’t have time to swap it for something else.
