Bought the Jaimi blue and stone mug as part of a birthday present for a friend. Lovely mug - big size and eye catching design. Delivery also very good - and item well packaged.

Not used yet. A little concerned the stoneware section may stain from tea or coffee.

I bought one in store and ordered the online as the store only had 1 one in stock. I love the mug, however they are 2 completely different sizes. I know they are hand made but there is a big difference between them both and it was a bit disappointing.
Lovely and big. My only negative is l am right handed but don't like drinking from the matt side

Having coffee from this mug every morning :-) Love it!
The mix of finish/material is so unique, i'd love to see it in different colours. Really good size for the cupboard and for coffee!
The mug is extremely sturdy, easy to wash and a pleasure to drink my morning cup of joe out of every morning

Beautiful little mug (I say little, but it holds even more coffee than my other large mugs). The gold handle is a lovely touch.
My new favourite mug!! It's so chic, good size and really well made. Be aware that it isn't dishwasher or microwave safe, but these aren't an issue to me.

This mug is beautiful. The mixture of smooth with the rougher concrete effect and the contrast of blue and grey gives it a industrial yet luxury feeling. Its also a really good size. Bought this as a gift and they were really happy

Excellent design and quality
Although the mugs arrived quickly, the packaging was inadequate and 3 out of 4 of the mugs broke. Despite emailing and requesting a replacement, I have yet to receive a response. This is a bit disappointing, as it was a gift and I have never had a problem with Oliver Bonas before or the quality of their items/packaging (however this is the first time I ordered online).
The mug which didn’t break is apparently of a good size and quality. I suspect the breakage was due to inadequate packaging as opposed to a quality issue with the mugs.
