Directions
What you need:
225g very soft butter, 2 large eggs, 8" square cake tin and greaseproof paper
Method: 1. Preheat oven to fan 160, conventional 180, gas 4 2. Line your tin with greaseproof paper 3. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until a batter is formed 5. Pour mix in to your lined tin, bake for 25-30 minutes, cool in the tin, slice and enjoy
