Field of Flowers Print Green Halterneck Maxi Dress

I had been waiting for the Field of Flowers dress to come back in stock having checked the website daily for weeks and when it did, I snapped it up. I received delivery but was so disappointed when I opened the package to find the neck heavily soiled with make up around the neckline. I tried the dress on but was then even more horrified when I found a dirty, used face mask in the pocket. Clearly someone had worn the dress and just returned it! I called Customer Services and dealt with a delightful young lady called Kelly sending her images of the makeup stain and unfortunately the mask. She was amazing and told me to throw the dress away and was so apologetic. Kelly said she would replace it immediately and I explained that the dress was purchased for a wedding on the Saturday (24hrs later). Somehow she managed to get the replacement out to me with next day delivery. Kelly is a great OB ambassador and I cannot thank her enough for her exemplary customer service skills. OB is still my favourite store and due to Kelly's actions it still is! The dress is absolutely stunning and if it is still available, buy it - you will not be disappointed.

So glad I splurged on this dress. Great floaty fit which is very forgiving. Was worried it would be too long for my 5ft 3 height but it’s the perfect length, can get away with flats without it dragging on the floor

Beautiful colour and amazing quality. I sized down and purchased an 8 (usually a size 10) which was perfect as it is a loose fitting, especially under the arms. I’ve had so many complaints and looks great paired with a denim jacket.

Very beautiful dress..fabric and print was just lovely felt lovely on..value for money but for me the arm holes were too big and deep and could see to much flesh and my bra and it was far too long and would of had to have been altered so for that reason I returned this dress but it was such a beautiful dress..such a shame on the fit .

Beautiful dress - love the fabric and pockets. Comes up very large - I’m usually a 10-12 depending on the store - ended up with a size 8

Beautiful print colour and fabric unfortunately the fit was just a bit big under the arms so I didn’t keep this dress but swapped for another.

I like the shape of the top of the dress.. the bottom part is very ‘flowy’ ... am normally a size 8 but ordered a size 6 and glad I did.... might feel too big on the bottom for others
