I was really looking forward to my sweatshirt arriving and tried the item on as soon as it arrived but noticed it had a slight chemical smell so I thought I should wash it before wearing. I washed it on 30 degrees as per the label instructions (and I wash all my clothes on this temperature) and when I took it out of the machine I noticed it had shrunk! I have emailed customer services for a refund or replacement but haven’t had a response yet. I have bought clothing from here before and this hasn’t happened so I was surprised and extremely annoyed.
