Really soft bag, plenty of space but not too bulky. Strap is comfortable too and love the colour. It's my go to bag for heading out during the day or evening.

Lovely bag, small but phone helpfully fits in middle pocket for handy access, comes with two different straps.

This bag is perfect as I attempt to downsize what I carry around, which is too much! Love the different compartments and the choice of straps makes the bag even better.

Bought this for my wife’s birthday and, thankfully, it was a winner; always a nervous purchase when you’re a husband who knows just enough about handbags to be dangerous. The bag itself is lovely, but the real stroke of genius is the two straps. One for when you’re feeling sensible and one for when apparently the outfit requires a completely different handbag strategy. Who knew handbags came with tactical options? Looks great, feels well made and, most importantly, my wife loves it. So overall, an excellent purchase. TLDR: 2 straps, 1 happy wife and absolutely no need for me to understand why she needs both.
