Lovely bag - I bought it based on the measurements as I wanted it to fit my laptop, and it does, HOWEVER with other items in it it can be cramped and be hard to close. The strap adjusters slide around a bit, meaning that the straps slide off my shoulders sometimes. No complaints otherwise and has been a pleasure to take to work everyday.

The bag is great, I use it for work. I am able to fit my laptop, notepad and anything else I need for the day. It has thick straps which is nice on my shoulders. It looks great too.

I love the bag! It has two handy compartments for my little items. It fits my laptop, a Windows Surface Pro 7, perfectly too. The zips are a little stiff, but hopefully that will improve with more frequent use.
