The first necklace we had to send back as the stone was set crooked with one side elevated higher than the other and there was a bad unsightly mark on the mother of pearl itself. Sadly this was a birthday present for my daughter so it meant she could not wear it on the day as it had to be sent back. By the time the new one arrived she was already back at Uni (350 miles away) but fortunately after another telephone call, the posting address could be altered. She finally received it some 7 days after her birthday and luckily the new one had no flaws. Clearly disappointing to have had to miss out on her birthday gift and enjoyment thereof hence the four stars.

The quality of workmanship of the pendant was very poor-the stone was set crooked resulting it to be elevated higher one one side compared to the other and as a result produced uneven gaps around the stone and its outer gold setting rim. There was also a roughened irregularity ? scratched area to one part of the central mother or pearl surface. The item purchased for my daughters 21 st birthday was successfully replaced for one without any of the above problems but had to get in touch again to ensure it arrived to her Uni address as she was no longer at home. Unfortunately it meant she had to wait for it past her birthday and could not wear it on the day. Customer services were helpful though had to go to the hassle of taking photos and sending them on (not something I am good at-wrong generation!!)

The chain was delicate and beautiful although sturdy. The Pearl flat stone was very subtle. Ordered for my 36 year old daughter who loved it and she is so fussy about her jewellery that this was first time in years I had risked choosing her something!
